Keith’s Work Summary

I am a professional with several years of experience in the communications, broadcast and data industries. During my tenures, I have served as executive management being responsible for the Sarbanes Oxley IT requirements, contract negotiations, strategic planning and HR relations. To compliment my corporate level abilities, I also have extensive networking knowledge from simple LANS to complex metro deployments. In my current capacity, I am the Vice President of Technical Operations and personally oversee the engineering team along with the day-to-day business activities for the Company’s Voice, Video and Data divisions. I have engineered and integrated numerous IPTV head-ends along with transport systems including: IP, HFC, xDSL, wireless and FTTH with the majority of vendors serving this space. Any engineer enjoys building networks, however this one also understands importance of a good marketing plan and producing products people are willing to pay for and because of this, it is this knowledge along with my past experience from the Telco and MDU industries that makes me a valuable player and enhancement to any team.

• Have engineered and designed numerous systems implementing innovative technologies such as “over the top” (OTT) content, digital rights management (DRM), IP based ECO and middleware systems, Early Warning Alert (EAS) and video on demand (VOD) systems for numerous clients in the U.S. and internationally. Many of these system served both IP and RF customers and are otherwise referred to as “Hybrid”. In addition, I have worked directly with hardware vendors to engineer and manufacture hardware to transcode and trans-rate various content sources for delivery to set top boxes, PC’s, hand held devices and mobile phones.

• Engineered and constructed a high capacity optical network, including a complete head-end, to distribute the state of the art entertainment services in the Caribbean Islands. These technologies would include and interactive user experience where users are able to view content on their TV, PC or mobile devices.

• Engineered and constructed an Internet company to encompass several counties and multiple states where annual revenues exceeded six million dollars. Services included broadband and hosting services all supported by distributed back office architecture. In addition, I was responsible for the lead design and engineering one the largest WIFI networks in the Metropolitan area including a 1 GB “fiber in the sky” network utilizing an 18 GHz infrastructure.
